High temperature bearing:
The first and foremost thing is to withstand high temperatures. There are many types of high-temperature bearings, and different types of bearings can be installed according to different needs and environments.
Category:
High temperature bearings can be divided into ordinary high-temperature bearings and special high-temperature bearings in terms of structural technology.
Usage environment:
High temperature bearings are widely used in high-temperature working machinery such as metallurgy, kilns, glass, blast furnaces, and painting equipment.
There are differences in the models between high-temperature bearings and ordinary bearings. There are generally two situations:
1. The parts of the bearing are made of bearing steel and subjected to high-temperature tempering treatment
Its post code shall comply with the provisions of JB/T2974 (The parts are subjected to high-temperature tempering treatment, with a working temperature of up to 150C ° C and a setting code of/S0; the parts are subjected to high-temperature tempering treatment, with a working temperature of up to 200 ° C and a setting code of/S1; the parts are subjected to high-temperature tempering treatment, with a working temperature of up to 250 ° C and a setting code of/S2; the parts are subjected to high-temperature tempering treatment, with a working temperature of up to 300 ° C and a setting code of/S3; the parts are subjected to high-temperature tempering treatment, with a working temperature of up to 350 ° C and a setting code of/S4).
2. The parts of the bearing are made of heat-resistant steel
Its post code is in accordance with JB/T2974 (material is Cr4Mo4V, post code is/HN; material is Cr14Mo4, post code is/HN1; material is Cr15Mo4V, post code is/HN2; material is W18Cr4V, post code is/HN3).
What material is a high-temperature bearing
Use heat-resistant bearing steel, also known as high-temperature bearing steel. This type of steel has sufficiently high high-temperature hardness, high-temperature wear resistance, high-temperature contact fatigue strength, oxidation resistance, and high-temperature dimensional stability.
The high-temperature bearing steel currently used mainly includes the following three categories:
(1) Cr4Mo4V (M50) steel is a high-performance heat-resistant bearing steel with high hardness and fatigue life at high temperatures. It is mainly used in aviation engines and can work for a long time below 315 ℃, and can be used up to 430 ℃ in a short time;
(2) Cr15Mo4 steel has high hardness and corrosion resistance in the range of 260~280 ℃, and can be used to manufacture corrosion-resistant bearings operating below 480 ℃, such as for jet engines and missiles;
(3) 12Cr2Ni3Mo5 (M315) is a widely used high-temperature carburized bearing steel, suitable for working below 430 ℃, and can be used to manufacture high-temperature bearings with complex shapes and impact resistance.
